Pink Floyd was a British rock band formed in Cambridge, England, in 1965, which reached international success with his progressive and psychedelic music. The band originally consisted of students Roger Waters, Nick Mason, Richard Wright and Syd Barrett. Founded in 1965, they initially became popular playing in London's underground scene in the late '60s.
